We’re happy to offer Local Pickup and Local Delivery options to make receiving your order easier and more convenient. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth experience.
📍 Local Pickup
Pickup Location: Laurel Rose Company (exact address provided at checkout or in confirmation email)
How It Works:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please allow up to2–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
Pickup Window:

Orders must be picked up within 60 days from the date they are marked as “Ready for Pickup.”

If an order is not picked up within 60 days, the items will be returned to our inventory and no refund will be issued.
We recommend setting a reminder and picking up your order promptly to avoid forfeiting your items.
đźš— Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for select zip codes within our service area. This option will appear at checkout if your address qualifies.
How It Works:

Deliveries are typically made within 1–2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or that there is a secure location to leave it.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed at the address provided.

📦 Shipping Policy
At Laurel Rose Company, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped via USPSÂ or UPS. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the United States Postal Service and out of our control.
Tracking & Delivery
Every USPS & UPS employee uses GPS scanning tools to record the delivery location of your package. If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office or UPS office for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Laurel Rose Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS or UPS. Please reach out to USPS or UPS directly to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please do the following:

Take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

File a claim directly with USPS or UPS using their insurance coverage, which is included with every Laurel Rose Company shipment.
