5. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • All orders are shipped via USPS and include insurance.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, Laurel Rose Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen items.

  • For USPS issues, please contact your local post office.

  • For damaged deliveries, please file a claim directly with USPS and retain all packaging and photo evidence.

6. Local Pickup

  • Orders marked for local pickup must be collected within 60 days from the fulfillment date.

  • If not picked up within this timeframe, the items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.
